The public UAE to Saudi website, built for Travpass.
01 / The brief
The problem worth solving.
Business context
Travpass is a private travel assistance business. Its UAE to Saudi platform serves UAE residents planning a Saudi visit, with information and preparation support organized around the reason for travel.
The challenge
Someone planning a family visit has different questions from someone travelling for business or employment. A generic contact page leaves visitors to explain their situation from scratch. The product needed to help them recognize the right service, understand the next step, and reach the team with useful context.
Our approach
We structured the web product around visit purpose. The experience moves from an explanation of the service to relevant support paths and then a guided enquiry. This keeps the visitor’s immediate question at the centre of the journey.
02 / Our contribution
Web product development
Our work covers the UAE to Saudi product for Travpass. Travpass provides private assistance; official travel decisions remain with the relevant authorities.

03 / The solution
How the work solves the problem.
The key decisions, how they work, and why they matter.
01
Start with the reason for travel
Business, tourism, employment, family, and religious travel each have a distinct support path. Visitors can identify their situation without first understanding every service the company offers.
Why it matters
The service becomes easier to navigate because the choices reflect the visitor’s own goal.
02
Explain what happens next
Preparation information sits alongside the service offering, helping visitors understand what they can discuss with the team and how support fits into planning a visit.
Why it matters
A clearer next step helps people move from browsing information to asking a relevant question.
03
Keep context when the channel changes
Purpose-specific WhatsApp links include the selected visit purpose in the opening message. The website and the support conversation become connected parts of the same experience.
Why it matters
The team receives a more useful starting point, and the visitor does not have to restate their intent.

A more useful first conversation.
