01 / The brief
The problem worth solving.
Business context
The DX Lab helps UAE businesses assess AI readiness, evaluate solutions, and approach adoption. Its website needs to speak to decision-makers who may have a business problem in mind without knowing which kind of AI support they need.
The challenge
AI advisory can sound abstract. Visitors need to understand the difference between assessing readiness, selecting a solution, and supporting adoption. The challenge was to make those services concrete enough for a prospective client to recognize where a conversation should begin.
Our approach
We developed a website that presents the services as understandable stages, connects them to industry context, and gives visitors room to explore the consultancy’s thinking before enquiring. The engagement also included internal tool development.
02 / Our contribution
Website & internal tool development
The public website is shown here. The internal tool is part of our contribution; its private interface and workflows are not reproduced in this case study.

03 / The solution
How the work solves the problem.
The key decisions, how they work, and why they matter.
01
Give each service a clear purpose
Readiness assessment, solution advisory, and adoption support are presented as distinct offerings. Service illustrations make the activities easier to picture alongside the written explanation.
Why it matters
A prospective client can understand what an advisor helps with before requesting a consultation.
02
Connect the offering to a business context
Industry content gives visitors another way into the services. Educational resources provide supporting context for readers still exploring what AI could mean for their organization.
Why it matters
Visitors can relate the consultancy’s expertise to their own questions, rather than interpreting a broad AI promise.
03
Make exploration lead somewhere
Contact and consultation routes sit within the broader service and resource experience. A reader can move from learning about the approach to starting a discussion about their business.
Why it matters
The website supports both early research and a clear next step for people ready to engage.

04 / The outcome
A coherent digital home for the consultancy.
The live website brings services, industry context, resources, and enquiries together. It gives prospective clients a more concrete understanding of The DX Lab’s work and a route to discuss their own needs. Our contribution also extends to internal tooling, beyond the public-facing site.
